About Oladayo Femi, Okeniyi
Oladayo is presently the managing partner at Shelter Nest Realty. He hails from Ilero town, Kajola Local Government Area of Oyo State. He has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech.) degree in Estate Management and Valuation from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
With his valued experience in the real estate sector, he started his real estate career with Biodun Olapade and Co. Estate Surveyor and Valuer as Estate Officer 1. He continued his real estate career with Bluehedge Realtors (Patrick Ogungbola and Co.) where he works at the Valuation, Agency and Property Management department of the company after which he resigned to pioneer Shelter Nest Realty.
Oladayo experience spans Estate Agency/Brokerage, Valuation, Property and facility management, amongst others. He is an independent thinker and manager, who have acquired excellent negotiation skills over time, as well as innate effective multi-tasking skill. He has attended several executive courses in real estate over the years and also published some article recently on real estate.
